AIA Contract Documents’ main goal is to support our customer’s needs, and when those needs change, we find it necessary to discontinue certain products and services, and replace them with improved, innovative, and cost-effective solutions. This is why, as of December 31, 2017, AIA Contract Documents desktop software will be sunsetted and no longer supported. As your renewal date nears, you will be asked to move to the AIA Contract Documents online-based service (ACD5), where you can access your documents anytime, anywhere, from any computer.
AIA Contract Documents software system requirements: version 4.16.15.67
- Microsoft® Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 operating systems (32 and 64-bit, all with the latest service packs)
- Microsoft® Word 2010, 2013 or 2016 (all with the latest service packs)
- Microsoft® Excel 2010, 2013 or 2016 (all with the latest service packs)
- Microsoft®.NET Framework version 2.0
- Adobe® Acrobat Reader 8.2 or higher
- Minimum RAM requirements 1 GB
- Minimum 180 MB disc drive space
- Internet Explorer version 11 or Microsoft Edge
This release of AIA Contract Documents software does not support the Macintosh platform
